I never seen a Two Sigma offer above 150k base for new grads. I would like to be able to build a long-term career at the company I join without having to worry about things like leaving due to burnout or aggressive firing policies (like The Social Network company or Rainforest). I know you said funds in general but I don't think Two Sigma gives 200k base salary for new grads even with competing offers. Free food, so I save time on groceries and cooking Sounds like most people work 40-45 hours on average. Careers Our culture is casual and our careers are intensely rewarding (Apart. Would appreciate any data points or opinions about these factors for the two companies: Therefore, I'm primarily comparing them on these other factors below. I also do not care about "prestige" as I think both companies will be great on my resume should I ever need to leave. In terms of the obvious things like compensation and interest/learning, I think both companies are about the same. Trying to decide between Two Sigma and the Big G for new grad software engineer and could use some opinions.
